KeepSake Photo DVD’s retains a copy of your actual DVD in our files for three months. As such, additional DVD’s are available after the initial order during these three months at the following rates:
1-4 DVD’s=$20.00 each 1-4 USB=$25.00
5 or more=$15.00 each
Rush Orders may be available for an additional fee of $50.00 per slide show. An order is considered to be a rush order if the turnaround time is less than 15 business days from the time it arrives in our office to the time you need it back. Rush Orders turnaround time is usually 2-5 days depending on the size and complexity of your show. You MUST call and contact KeepSake Photo DVD’s by Chamane directly prior to placing a Rush Order for a KeepSake DVD to check for availability.
- Note-This Rush Order fee does not apply to Memorial DVD’s. You MUST, however, still need to contact us to check for availability if you need your Memorial DVD in less than 15 business days.
KeepSake Photo DVD’s by Chamane does not accept additional materials for your Photo DVD slideshow once production has began on your order.
All completed orders will be returned to you insured, certified and return receipt requested. A signature will be required for all deliveries. All shipping includes the cost of shipping materials. Shipping options include the following:
Local Drop Off and Pick Up-There is no charge if you drop off your order and pick it up when your DVD slideshow movie is completed. This option is for the Brazoria County, Texas area only.
Return via USPS Overnight Express Mail -$30.00. (All RUSH orders will be shipped this way). This price includes overnight scheduled delivery to most U.S. locations, tracking information and proof of delivery signature, and insurance of your package.
Return via USPS Priority Mail-$20.00. (Delivery within 3-4 business days). This price includes insurance and delivery confirmation.
Texas residents will be charged a sales tax in accordance with the State of Texas Sales Tax. The current rate of sales tax in the State of Texas is 8.25%.
KeepSake Photo DVD’s by Chamane is proud to offer several discounts. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you are requesting a discount for one of the following:
Active Duty and Veteran Discount-KeepSake Photo DVD’s by Chamane is proud to support our U.S. Military Personnel, by offering a 10% discount off of their DVD Movie Package price total. To qualify for the discount, the client must provide a copy (front and back) of their U. S. military identification cared. The identification card must be in the name of the individual ordering from us. The discount does not apply to family or friends.
Senior Citizen Discount-KeepSake Photo DVD’s by Chamane is also happy to provide a 10% discount to Senior Citizens. To be eligible for this discount, the client must provide a copy of their U.S. Driver’s License or State ID that shows the client’s date of birth. This discount only applies for individuals who are senior citizens placing an order with us
Individuals with Disabilities Discount-KeepSake Photo DVD’s by Chamane also provides a 10% discount to U.S. residents that are individuals with disabilities as defined by the Social Security Administration. To be eligible for this discount, the client must provide a copy of their Social Security Administration Award Letter for SSI or SSDI. This discount applies only for individuals with disabilities that have this documentation.
KeepSake Photo DVD’s by Chamane is also proud to offer its KeepSake for Charity Program. With this program, KeepSake Photo DVD’s by Chamane will donate 0.5% of the purchase of any of its products to the charitable organization of your choice. Please let us know on your Order Form if there is Non-profit Charity that you would like us to donate to. All Charities MUST be 501(c) 3 as according to the Internal Revenue Code.
