Our packages are among the lowest that you will find on the Internet. In addition, all of our packages are all inclusive, meaning that there is no difference in quality between any of our packages. Each of our packages includes photo scanning, basic photo editing, a variety of motion and transitional options, inclusion of optional materials and media, and preview services. The only difference in our packages is the number of photos and songs that each package includes.

Most slideshows can be created and delivered in 15 days. This timeframe starts at the time we receive your materials. In addition, larger or more complex orders may take additional time. Furthermore, there may be an increase in time during the holiday season and during wedding and graduation season when we usually have an increase in orders. RUSH orders are usually completed within 2-5 days depending on the size and complexity of your show. For emergency needs such as funerals, we can deliver within 24 hours. You MUST contact KeepSake Photo DVD’s by Chamane in ADVANCE if you need RUSHED or 24 HOUR Services.

KeepSake Photo DVD’s by Chamane Does Not offer major professional photo restoration. We can provide minor corrections such as red-eye correction and cropping. In addition, we offer basic enhancement options including minor color/ tint/fading correction for photos that may be faded due to age. We strongly recommend that you contact a professional photo restoration company if you need major photo restoration services.

There are times that we were asked to include a special photo in a slideshow in poor condition because it has special meaning to the customer. And while we totally understand this and will include any image you would like in your slideshow video, please keep in mind that the quality of your slideshow is directly related to the quality of the materials you send us for inclusion in your show. And although we produce extraordinary slideshow montages for you and your loved ones to enjoy for years to come, we are not responsible for dissatisfaction of a show that was created with unsatisfactory and damaged photos.

While you most certainly can scan all of your materials, scanning is included in all of our packages. KeepSake Photo DVD’s by Chamane uses professional scanning equipment at the most optimal setting so that the images are scanned at the best quality possible for your show.

If you do choose to scan your own photos and other non-digital materials, they should be scanned into a .jpg format and must be scanned at the highest resolution possible. The dots per inch (dpi) setting should be no less than 600 for each photo scanned for your photo music montage show.

We certainly can! You can include video clips into any of our Slideshow packages for an additional charge. The video clips must be no longer than 3 minutes in length and you must provide the clip to us in one of the following formats: .mpeg and .avi.

Video Clips to Slideshows may be added at an additional cost of $15.00 per clip. (Contact us for additional information).

Music is an important part to the overall story of your video slideshow. Music copyright laws are strictly enforced. All music used in the production of your slideshow by KeepSake Photo DVD’s by Chamane is obtained and used legally. Any video slideshow we create is intended for private use only. We create and provide a KeepSake Photo Music Slideshow to you with the understanding that the video slideshow will not be used for public presentations nor will you charge any fees to people to view the slideshow.

We obtain music for your slideshow in one of two ways:

1. You can send us your CD to use in your slideshow as long as it is a legally purchased CD. We cannot accept any home burned CDs or any music files. We will return any music CD you send us with the completion of your order.
2. Keep Sake Photo DVD’s by Chamane will also be happy to purchase the music for you through a legal on-line music provider at no extra charge to you.

KeepSake Photo DVD’s by Chamane does not accept additional materials for your Photo Music slideshow once production has begun on your order.

KeepSake Photo DVD’s by Chamane believes in working with you hand in hand to make sure that your slideshow is as extraordinary and wonderful as you envision it to be. As such, we will send you a link and password when your show is ready to be previewed. This service is completely free and offered on all of our packages. This way, you have total control over the way your show looks and are able to let us know if you would like any changes made prior to the completion of your show. In fact, we do not complete your show until you have reviewed it and given it your stamp of approval.

For Digital Photos and Videos: Your digital photos and videos can be burned onto a CD and mailed to us. In addition, you can mail us your camera memory card and we will upload the picture from either of these methods into your photo music montage show. You can also email us the images.

For printed photos and other printed materials: We Strongly recommend that your photos be carefully packaged and sent to us using an overnight service such as the United States Postal Services (USPS) Express Mail, Fed Ex Overnight, UPS Next Day Air, or other mailing service of your choosing that provides tracking numbers and delivery confirmation as part of their service. Please contact us for our mailing address prior to shipping your photos and other materials. This way we will know to expect them and will provide you with confirmation as soon as we receive them.

All material you have submitted to us for inclusion into your KeepSake Photo montage show will be shipped to you along with your completed order through the U.S. Postal Service that you chose when placing your order. We will ship your order insured and certified. If you have chosen USPS Overnight Express shipping service, a tracking number will be included also. In addition, a signature will be required upon the delivery of your package.

Our Number #1 priority is your satisfaction. KeepSake Photo DVD’s by Chamane understands that a KeepSake photo music slideshow video is a unique and personal gift of your most cherished memories. As such, we work hand in hand with you to make sure that your show is everything that you want it to be.

To make sure that you are completely satisfied, we provide you with a preview of your show before production is completed. This allows you to have full editorial control over your slideshow and the ability to let us know if any changes need to be made prior to the completion of your show.

Due to the extraordinary amount of time and labor that is involved in producing your slideshow, KeepSake Photo DVD’s by Chamane does not offer refunds.

However, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with the quality of your KeepSake photo music slideshow and will do everything we can to ensure that you are. If you contact us with 30 days of our shipping your slideshow  to you, we will be happy to provide any edits and changes needed if you are dissatisfied with your photo music slideshow.

Any errors in your show such as spelling errors, sequencing errors, etc. that were made on the part of KeepSake Photo DVD’s by Chamane staff will be corrected at no charge to you.

Any error or changes desired to your slideshow video for reasons other than an error on our part, will require a re-mastering fee of $30.00 per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours, plus return shipping and handling fees.
